We’ve made it through another week! There is officially only a week left until Sawyer and I host our going away party, and there is still so much left to be done beforehand. I’ve been spending any free moment going through our belongings, sorting the objects we’ll be gifting away from the objects we’ll be bringing to Philadelphia with us. However, there is always time to pause and enjoy the little things we sometimes take for granted. Here are a few of mine from this week that have made me smile even when I’ve been anxious and busy.
Today was chilly and rainy, but that didn’t stop me visiting the Farmer’s Market this morning in my new rain jacket.
July 11th marks the kittens’ first birthday. Of course, they were naughty today and got into their presents early – so here’s a snapshot of Princess Penelope with three new toy mice (and relaxing in Gatsby’s new carrier, too).
A lovely glass of Maine Root ginger ale, a cure for tummy troubles.
Fresh cinnamon sticks to put in a hot cider on chilly day like today.
The CJ Hockett photograph I showcased last week has two new friends on the wall – two photographs by local photographer Jon Olsen.
